I Love Soccer?!

Here is Kennedy's Eastbay soccer team.  She has fun with the team, but you can tell she is one of the youngest and perhaps the most stubborn too!!!(that is when she refuses to play!!0

Elks Club

On Wednesday evening, we attended the Green Bay's Annual Elks Award Banquet.  They recognized Carter for his hoop shoot success.  :)  What a great evening!  I saw a 85 year old man cry, because he was the member of the year.  I just hope I can be that cute of an old person.  Also heard an emotional speech stating be there for your kids before they are too grown up and don't want to hang with you.  Just reconfirms the efforts I put in daily......

Got Kleenex Part 2

So on Wednesday afternoon Megan had her 5th grade graduation at Franklin School.  She got awards for being in Student Council and being a Saftey Patrol....best of all she got the President Education Award.  Yippee Megan you are a smart girl!!  I have to say the last two days were very emotional for me.  My kids are growing up even more and after seeing them get all the awards, I am proud that all the parenting pains are paying off, by having awesome, smart kids.  <3

Got Kleenex?!

On Wednesday it was awards day at the kids school.  Carter told me I really did not need to come to his ceremony because he was not sure he was getting anything....but he ended up with Honor Level I All Stars(for behavior!!), Honor Roll Effort and Scholastic, Honor Roll Presentations, Academic Literacy and Math and Vocal Music most improved.  Can you believe that one!! LOL  I am soo proud of you, Carter!!  Keep up the great work.  :)

Field Day

Yesterday was Franklin Field Day.  The sun was bright and the temperature had to be 98 degrees---and just plain HOT.  Megan had a good time hanging with her friends!!

Pretty Girls

So on Sunday, we thought Carter had only one game to play.  But they ended up winning and playing another game, and ended up to taking 3rd place.  It was a long day at the diamond.  Good thing it was a beautiful day out!  We are all tired out after our first baseball packed weekend.  Pictures of the team to follow.  The downloading is slow and I need to go to bed.  :) 

More Baseball

On Saturday we had three games between the two of them.  All the games, ended in losses.  But Carter did get to play on Sunday. 

Let the summer begin.....

This first weekend in June starts are travelling baseball tourneys.  Megan and Carter are both in Neenah.  Megan played on Friday night, and got several hits.  Here she is playing catcher.  They did end up losing the game, but fought hard.  :)

Happy Birthday Megan!! Take 3!!

So after we got home from Minnesota, Megan had her family birthday party.  She received alot of gift cards, Justice outfits, and a watch.  Happy 11th birthday Little Mac.  <3

MN Bound

For Megan's birthday we went to the Mall of America and a Twins game.  We had a great time.  Shopping was fun(most of the time with two men along)...we spend most of our share at Claires and Justice!!! When we went to the Twins game....the ball park was beautiful and the experience was fun.  Kennedy spent about $40 on food and fun there.  Face paint, m&m's, pretzel, peanuts, gatorade, and cotton candy.  The food combination made for one hyper little girl.  Was not pretty on the train back home?!!?!

Last Day of Preschool

Here was Kennedy's last day at Mom's Day Out Preschool (May 26).  She really loved this place sooo much and will miss Miss Schmacher alot.  <3

Last Wednesday of Mom's Day Out

On May 25 was the last Wednesday of Mom's Day Out.  Her very favorite friend thru out the school year was Tizita(Tizzy!)  After school, we went for lunch at Carmel Crisp.  :)

I am Back...

Its been awhile since I posted so today is "catch up" day.  :)  Here is a cute picture of Kennedy with her hair in a back pony tail.  (Which her hair is now shorter!  Megan is mad!!)  Kennedy loves to have sleep overs...the only issue is she is a ROAD HOG!
